The fall market is on fire in DC
Good morning, after our first week of 90 degree plus weather ( ok half a week but where did spring go? ) we are reminded that it isn't just the weather that is heating up!
The past three months have been exciting. In the under million price range. We have seen multiple offers and low days on market for properties close into Washington. If you have been sitting on the fence and waiting for the under 700k market to hit rock bottom I would say we are getting very close, keep in mind that I am talking inside the beltway and that there are still over priced homes out there.
More then ever it is important to work with a realtor to male sure you are getting a good deal!
